Abstract:
To provide a carbon fiber reinforced resin composite that is light weight, has high strength, has good heat transfer anisotropy and thermal insulation, and has a metallic shine, and to provide a production method for the carbon fiber reinforced resin composite.
The carbon fiber reinforced resin composite includes a laminate of at least one carbon fiber reinforced resin layer and at least one thermal insulation layer. The thermal insulation layer includes a thread that contains voids and is a single raw material with an average surface roughness Ra of 0.3 μm or less. It is desirable for the thermal insulating layer to be a nonwoven fabric from a thread containing voids, knit, or cloth, etc.
