To provide a carbon dioxide dissolving device that dissolves carbon dioxide in a beverage.SOLUTION: A carbon dioxide dissolving device 1 comprises: a first sealing member 10 which forms a first sealed space SP1 above a beverage container 140 with a poured beverage; a second sealing member 20 which defines a second sealed space SP2; a flow passage 30 which lets the first sealed space SP1 and second sealed space SP2 communicate with each other; a first valve 40 which is arranged in the flow passage 30; a second valve 50 which is configured to link and shield the second sealed space SP2 with and from the atmosphere; a supply part 60 which supplies carbon dioxide to the beverage in the beverage container 140; and a controller 100 which controls supply operation for the carbon dioxide to the beverage by the supply part 60 and snifting operation to reduce the gas pressure in the first sealed space SP1 after the supply operation. The snifting operation includes operation to close the first valve 40 and open the second valve 50 after opening the first valve 40 with the second valve 50 closed to let the first sealed space SP1 and second sealed space SP2 communicate with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
