PURPOSE: To prevent a film from being bent or damaged between a magnetic head and a film pressing means at the time of pushing out the film and to achieve smooth film winding.

CONSTITUTION: This camera is provided with detecting means 25-27 and 108 which, after pushing out of the film by a fork is started, detect that the front end of the film passes between the magnetic head 48 and film pressing means; and a control means which until the detection by the detecting means is performed, controls the rotational speed of a film driving motor 1 in the film pushing direction so that it becomes lower than the prescribed rotational speed.
