PURPOSE: To stably position a magnetic head and a film even when the tension of the film is changed, and to wind the film to a film spool in good order.

CONSTITUTION: A 1st guiding member which regulates the position of one end face of the film 5 in a width direction is arranged on opposed sides which hold the film between them so that it can be moved in the width direction of the film, and a 2nd guiding member 9 which abuts on the other end face of the film in the width direction and an elastic member which is coupled between the 2nd guiding member and the magnetic head 1 and which interposes both end faces of the film in the width direction by pressing the 2nd guiding member toward the 1st guiding member are provided.
