Title:
CAMERA PROVIDED WITH OPTICAL IMPRINTING FUNCTION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH1039394
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To make a camera compact and to simplify pull-around for connection by attaching a perforation detector to a data imprinting module.

A light emitting part 5 for imprinting a photographing date is protrusively provided at the data imprinting module 2 integrally molded of resin, and the perforation detector 6 detecting the perforation FP of film F and a PAR(print aspect ratio) imprinting LED 7 are attached to the module 2. Thus, respective control substrates dedicated to the detector 6 and the LED 7 are disused, so that the connection is simplified, the camera is made light in weight and cost is reduced. By simultaneously performing PAR imprinting and data imprinting, imprinting operation is completed only by stopping the feed of the film F once. Therefore, the time taken until the next frame is ready to be exposed is shortened and the control of the imprinting operation is simplified.
