Abstract:
The application relates to a brake mechanism for a traction machine, comprising a fixed member, a movable member facing to said fixed member and a braking member which connects with said movable member on one surface, wherein said fixed member comprises an elastic member which presses said movable member toward said brake surface together with said braking member and a coil for attracting said movable member to said fixed member together with said braking member by causing a current to flow, and a connecting portion between said movable member and said braking member comprises a brake surface side adjusting member for adjusting the tilt of said braking member, wherein said brake mechanism for a traction machine further comprises a movable member side adjusting member comprising a plurality of protruding portions which are provided on said movable member and protrude toward said brake surface, and the tip ends of said protruding portions come into contact with said braking member when said movable member is pressed toward said brake surface or a plurality of protruding portions which are provided on said braking member and protrude toward said movable member, and the tip ends of said protruding portions come into contact with said movable member when said movable member is pressed toward said brake surface, wherein in the unexcited state of the coil and in the state in which the movable member and the fixed member are kept parallel with each other, the distance between the tip of the fixed member side adjusting member or of the movable member side adjusting member and the braking member is kept at g 2 .
