A pressure chamber 7a of a brake unit 7 is furnished with an electric pump 5 to force-feed fluid from a reservoir 3, an accumulator 13 to accumulate fluid pressure, each of channels 41, 43, 45 of the electric pump 5, reservoir 3 and accumulator 13 to be communicated with the pressure chamber 7a, opening and closing valves 42, 44, 46 arranged on these channels 41, 43, 45 and a control unit 11 to control opening and closing of the opening and closing valves 42, 44, 46, and the control unit 11 controls to open and close the opening and closing valves 42, 44, 46 so as to carry out fluid pressure supply to the brake unit 7 at an initial braking stage by the accumulator 13.
