PURPOSE: To provide a method for controlling deflection of a trolley by surely detecting deflection of a hanging load of a crane.
CONSTITUTION: A visual sensor 7 is provided in a trolley 1, a target 9 is provided on a hanging fixture 6, a position of the target 9 is detected by the visual sensor 7 to calculate a deflection angle of ropes 4a to 4c to obtain the first signal V4, the second signal V7 is created by the second deflection angle detecting sensor 8a on the trolley 1, and the first signal V4 is input to a comparator 15 and compared with a reference value V5. The first signal V4 is input, when both the signals are equal, and the second signal V7 is input, when different, as a feedback signal V3 to a running speed control system of the trolley 1.
