Abstract:
To provide a bearing unit which can easily perform caulking by a weak force at the assembling of an inner ring, a ball screw device having the bearing unit, and a steering device having the ball screw device.SOLUTION: A bearing unit 50 comprises a main body part 213, a shaft member 21, a double-row bearing 70 and a spacer 61. A bearing support part 212 comprises an external peripheral face and an annular groove 217 which is formed at a part of the support part on its first end side and in which the spacer 61 is arranged. A caulking part imparts a pressing force applied to the first inner ring 53 side to the spacer 61 in a post-caulking state, and has a flange-shaped pre-caulking shape having an outside diameter for allowing the insertion of the first inner ring 53, and having an external peripheral face larger in diameter than an inside diameter of the spacer 61 in a pre-caulking state. Then, the double-row bearing 70 comprises an outer ring 51, a second inner ring 52 being one portion of an external peripheral face of the shaft member 21, a first inner ring 53 formed of a body different from the shaft member and fit to the external peripheral face of the bearing support part, and rolling bodies 54.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
