Abstract:
To suppress the occurrence of a clearance and a level difference of a raceway surface at a seam of divided bodies constituting an inner ring, in bearing structure comprising the inner ring which is divided into a peripheral direction, and a plurality of rolling elements rolling on an outer circumferential surface of the inner ring, and applicable to a crank pin of an integrated crankshaft.SOLUTION: Bearing structure of a crank pin 14 of a crankshaft 1 and a connecting rod 2 having an insertion hole 20 for inserting the crank pin 14 therein comprises an inner ring 4 which is divided into a peripheral direction, and a plurality of rollers 5 rolling on an outer circumferential surface 4a of the inner ring 4. The connecting rod 2 has a connecting rod body 21, a cap member 22 forming the insertion hole 20 together with the connecting rod body 21, and bolts 23 for fastening the cap member 22 to the connecting rod body 21. The inner ring 4 has a tapered receiving face 4c at its external periphery, and the inner ring 4 is pressed to one crank arm 11 out of a pair of the crank arms 11 by a force in an axial direction which is generated by the action of fastening forces of the bolts 23 on the receiving face 4c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
