In this case, circular grooves 21 and 22 are formed to the outer ring 13 and the inner ring 14 of the rolling bearing 12, O-rings 23 and 24 are fitting provided in the circular grooves 21 and 22, and the invasion of the outer air and the like into the suction passage 2 can be blocked by the O-rings 23 and 24, even though clearances (a) and (b)are generated to the fitting parts by a size error and a thermal expansion difference.
