Abstract:
To replace a bearing without disassembling its body and without using a puller/press, and mount an outer periphery 1 mm advance adjustment looseness stopper to the bearing itself.SOLUTION: A bearing device with a male threaded intermediate groove and a spur gear-shaped groove is configured such that a male thread 2 is cut on an outer peripheral surface of a bearing outer ring 1; on the opposite side of a male threaded insertion side, a doughnut disk shape 3 with a width of about 9 mm has an outer circumference with a radius increased by about 9 mm from a bearing outer ring outer diameter of 3 mm; the doughnut disk shape is added to the bearing outer ring so that an inner diameter of the doughnut disk shape matches an inner diameter of the bearing outer ring; on the outer peripheral surface of the doughnut disk shape, a spur gear-shaped groove 4 is cut, with an advance width of 1 mm at the valley and 1 mm at the peak; further, an intermediate groove 5 with a depth width of 1 mm is cut around an intermediate position of a spur gear groove; and the male thread and the spur gear-shaped groove with the intermediate groove are integrally added to the bearing outer ring.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
