Abstract:
To provide a bearing assembly structure capable of suppressing wear and seizure of a case at a bearing assembly portion.SOLUTION: A bearing assembly structure 1 rotatably supports a rotating shaft 2 of a transmission via a bearing 10, and includes a case 20 that comprises an opposite wall 22 opposed to a side surface 10B of the bearing 10 and has a bearing assembly portion 21 to which the bearing 10 is assembled, and a shim 30 that has a central portion through which the rotating shaft 2 is inserted and is arranged between the opposite wall 22 and the side surface 10B of the bearing 10. The shim 30 includes a contact portion 31 that comes in contact with the side surface 10B (side surface 13B) of the bearing 10 at least at an outer ring 13 of the bearing 10, and a protrusion 32 that is formed to protrude toward the opposite wall 22. The opposite wall 22 has a recess 23 that receives the protrusion 32, and a gap 40 is formed between the protrusion 32 and the recess 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
