Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery harness protection structure which does not bring about rise of assembling cost resulting from a new process and addition of new membranes and increase of noise and can effectively prevent damage of battery harness when a floor panel is deformed.
SOLUTION: This battery harness protection structure comprises, a flange 24 which is formed and disposed at an opening FPH in contact with the lower side of circumference of the opening FPH of the floor panel FP of a vehicle, a main body 21 which is disposed at the lower side of the general plane GL of the floor panel FP and provides the battery harness 12b connected to a high voltage battery 1 disposed on the floor panel FP through the lower side of the floor panel FP, and a bracket 2 which is disposed continuously between the flange 24 and main body 21 and is formed of a metal plate including a curved buffer 25 which is provided to be projected upward from the general plane GL of the floor panel FP.
