Abstract:
To allow a terminal device and a base station device to efficiently perform communication.SOLUTION: In a radio communications system, in order to efficiently provide a terminal device, a base station device, a communication method, and an integrated circuit, the base station device and the terminal device comprise: a transmission unit for transmitting an uplink physical channel; and a reception unit for receiving an upper layer setting applied to transmission power control. A setting is made by an upper layer so that a downlink path loss used in transmission power control applied to transmission of the uplink physical channel is estimated using a downlink reference signal of an activated BWP. If a specific reference signal is not set in the downlink reference signal, a reference signal of a synchronization signal block specified by a random access procedure is applied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
