Title:
BASE ISOLATION SUPPORTING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3694982
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a slidable base isolation supporting device as being capable of reducing frictional resistance on a slidable contact plane, ensuring easy slide displacement on the slidable contact plane, less transmitting the vibration of medium or even small scale earthquake to an upper structure and surely protecting the upper structure.
SOLUTION: A base isolation supporting device 1 has a laminated rubber 4 formed by alternately laminating reinforcing layers 2 and rubber layers 3, a slide material 6 mounted on the upper end face 5 of the laminated rubber 4 and an inclusion 7 put in slide movably with respect to the slide material 6 in the horizontal direction. The inclusion 7 contains an inclusion mainbody 31 and a low friction layer 33 integrally formed on one face 32 of the inclusion mainbody 31. The inclusion 7 is put in slidable contact with the slide material 6 via the low friction layer 33.
