Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce a production cost, easily, quickly set a ball into a valve body, and release the pressure within a pipe even if abnormal pressure is generated in the valve body. CONSTITUTION: This ball valve comprises the valve body 2, the ball 3 having a through-hole 14 for adjusting a flow rate, a primary side valve seat assembly 4 having an inclined surface 25 and a coned disc springs 19, 20, a secondary side valve seat assembly 5, a cover 6, an operation means 7 for operating the ball, and a back sheet 27 having an inclined surface 29. When the primary side valve seat assembly 5, the ball 3, and the secondary side valve seat assembly 5 are mounted on the valve body 2, the inclined surface 25 is slid along the inclined surface 29 of the back seat 27 installed within the valve body 2 for mounting.
