SOLUTION: A suspending tool 1 for suspending refuse bag with its mouth open consists of supporting arms 3, 4, which extend annularly, and a bracket 2, which extends toward the outside from the root of the supporting arms 3, 4. The tip end parts 10, 11 of the supporting arms 3, 4 are parted from each other by the prescribed dimension. A fixing means 6 for installing the suspending tool 1 in the other party is formed at the tip end part of the bracket 2.
