PURPOSE: To prevent generation of gear noise and vibration or the like by providing the first transmission control means controlling either one of a forward-reverse selector a speed change select to be preferentially driven and the second transmission control means controlling the other select to be driven, when the forward-reverse select and the speed change select are almost simultaneously performed.
CONSTITUTION: For instance, in high speed forward running, in case of performing almost simultaneously a gear select from a forward condition to a reverse condition, such as applying a sudden brake and immediately performing a change into low speed reversing, and a gear select from a high speed condition to a low speed condition, after a dry single disk clutch 2 is once disconnected, a speed change selecting actuator 7 is driven controlling an automatic transmission 3 for preferentially performing its gear change to speed change select. After the gear change is completed for the speed change select, a forward-reverse selecting actuator 8 is driven controlling the automatic transmission 3 for performing its gear change to forward-reverse select. As the result, the gear change for the speed change select and for the forward-reverse select is prevented from being simultaneously performed.
