This automatic stopping type nozzle comprises a flow passage shutting means 305e displaced between one position where a liquid flow passage is shut off and the other position where the liquid flow passage is released; a float 304 displaced in response to a position of liquid surface of liquid poured into a container; a first magnetic member 304f displaced in response to a displacement position of the float 304; and a second magnetic member (212a, 212b) arranged while holding a flow passage of the flow passage shutting means 305e in respect to the first magnetic member 304f. At least one of the first magnetic member 304f and the second magnetic member (212a, 212b) is magnetized.
