Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily fix a sheet by a method wherein a base plate is attached to a traveling roller which moves along a T-shaped steel provided on a partition plate and a riveting drill is provided, through a base, on a supporting member vertically movably mounted to the opposite surface of the base plate.
CONSTITUTION: A clamp nut 28a is loosened to release clamping of a clamp plate 28b so that a supporting member 9 is vertically moved to set the height of a riveting drill 12 to a riveting position of a rivet 4. And a press plate 11 is extended to press a fixing plate 3, following which the drill 12 is rotated and extended and the rivet 4 is driven into the plate 3 and a partition plate 1 from a gap 11a of the plate 11 and thereafter the plate 11 and cylinders 32, 33 of the drill 12 are moved back. And a rotation axis 26 is rotated by means of a rotary lever 26a to rotate a fixing roller 14 of a traveling roller 7 thereby to move an automatic riveting machine A to a next riveting position along a flange 6 of a T-shaped steel 5. Further, by repeating similar operations, a sheet 2 for preventing concrete from flowing out is attached to the partition plate 1.
