Abstract:

PURPOSE: To maintain a stable continuous running and to improve serviceability for maintenance by properly changing the transporting quantity of a vibrating feeder and the set value of a crushing part by means of an automatic remote control to match control data previously inputted in the control device.

CONSTITUTION: Materials are fed from a material bin 300 by a vibrating feeder 400, brought into the crusher 1 via a conveyor and crushed. Then, by inputting set data from the initially set feed quantity of the vibrating feeder 400, raw material set lavel in the crusher 1, the electric current set consumption of the crusher 1, and specific data from a desired product size, ratio and production quantity, the operation is started. At every certain interval, these control data are compared with, actual measurements the running is continued if the compared result is within the control limit, and, if beyond the limit, the feed quantity of the material and the set values of the crusher are changed. Thus, while the distrubances during the running are promptly coped with and the specific data are maintained, the stable continuous running is performeed.
