Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately suppress misalignment between an insertion hole of a cam piece and a shaft even if a clearance is provided between an inner circumferential surface defining the insertion hole of the cam piece and an outer circumferential surface of the shaft.SOLUTION: After a shaft 20 is inserted into an insertion hole 14 of a cam piece 10 (FIG. 1(a)), roller pins 30 are disposed between an inner circumferential surface 16 of the cam piece 10 and an outer circumferential surface 22 of the shaft 20 (FIG. 1(b)). Weld beads 40 are formed by locally welding the inner circumferential surface 16 of the cam piece 16 to the outer circumferential surface 22 of the shaft 20 (FIG. 1(c)). Although the shaft 20 is displaced toward the inner circumferential surface 16 of the cam piece 10 by a contractive force of the weld beads 40, the roller pins 30 limit a displacement amount at this time.
