Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling method of a camshaft which can fix a shaft main body to a correct position even if the shaft main body is fixed to a cam assembling device via a connecting member which is arranged at one end.SOLUTION: In a first process, a connecting member 12 attached at one end of a shaft main body 11 is covered with an adapter 30, and a jig 40 is engaged with the shaft face main body 11 and the adapter 30 in a state that the shaft main body 11 is fit into a V-shaped groove of a shaft adjusting table 42, and the adapter 30 is fit into a V-shaped groove of an adapter adjusting table 48. In a second state, the adapter 30 is fixed to the connecting member 12 in a state that the shaft main body 11 and the adapter 30 are engaged with the jig 40. In a third process, the jig 40 is released from the shaft main body 11 to which the adapter 30 is fixed, and the shaft main body 11 is fixed to a shaft fixing part in a state that the adapter 30 is fit into a V-shaped groove of the shaft fixing part of a cam assembling device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
