Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling jig used for a magnet part reinforcing structure for a superconductive magnetic bearing device and a mounting method for a magnet part reinforcing member for facilitating the shape dimension of a hoop suitable for press-in mounting and hoop mounting in the case of mounting of the hoop on a magnet part at its outer periphery.
SOLUTION: In a magnetic part 1 mounted in the rotor part B of a superconductive magnetic bearing device, the magnet part has a magnet ring body 2 with the shaft center of the rotor part as concentricity. A ring-like hoop 5 made of CFRP and having the inside diameter smaller than the outside diameter of an assembly 2 is flared and mounted on the assembly 2 at its outer peripheral side. The hoop radially and circumferentially compresses a ring permanent magnet. The magnet ring body 2 is concentrically mounted to form a base jig. A guide jig has a sloped surface for flaring the hoop 5 as large as predetermined fastening allowance. An assembling jig is formed of the base jig and the guide jig. A pushing intermediate hoop is provided behind the hoop 5. In addition, a guide hoop is provided in front of the hoop 5 to mount the hoop 5 on the magnet ring body 2.
