To provide a treatment method of an arsenic containing solution which can remove arsenic effectively even when other anions exist together, and to provide an arsenic recovery material.SOLUTION: A treatment method of an arsenic containing solution comprises a step of bringing an arsenic containing solution into contact with a cation exchanger in presence of a compound having a mercapto group and an amino group.
