To provide a forming method and a tool mechanism for preventing the fall-off of a plastically deformed portion from a brittle resin by providing a protrusion with an inclined face on the upper part of an inserted product and plastically deforming its portion being inclined in the direction of the inserted product to increase the pull-off resistance of the inserted product.
The anti-come-off forming method comprises inserting an insert product 2 into the inserted product 1 as an injection molding and plastically deforming the inserted product 1 for anti-come-off formation. On the upper part of the inserted product 1, a protruded portion 1a is provided which has the inclined face 1b on at least one side face. The protruded portion 1a is crushed by a tool 3 having a recessed portion 3b inclined to the side face for plastic deformation.
