Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably hold an inflator when an installing bracket is fixed, and improve fixing workability by interposing an elastic body in the installing bracket, plastically deforming a ring part after the ring part is out-fitted to the inflator, and sandwiching the inflator by the ring part.
SOLUTION: An installing bracket 18 has a ring part 19 welded by projecting a bolt 20 as a fixing means, as a plastically deformable annular ring shape. Installation of the installing bracket 18 to an inflator 16 is performed in such a way that the ring part 19 is out fitted to the inflator 16 by interposing elastic body 21, and the ring part 19 is partially recessed, and is plastically deformed. As a result, since the inflator 16 can be held before respective installing brackets 18 are fixed to a frame, positional dislocation of the inflator 16 can be prevented. Even if springing-back is caused after the ring part 19 is plastically deformed, looseness of the inflator 16 is not caused.
