Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make it possible to correctly transmit the displacement of a piezoelectric element to a working member by controlling a voltage applied to a piezoelectric element composing the first and second piezoelectric element groups to control the displacement of a working member. CONSTITUTION:A floating substrate 13 is provided with the first piezoelectric element group 17 and the second one 18 which are composed of plural laminated piezoelectric plate elements, and supported by oil pressure in an oil pressure chamber 14, and positioned by the first piezoelectric element group. Voltage E1 and E2 are applied with switching to the above first and second piezoelectric element groups 17, 18, and therefore the displacement 2V which is twice a displacement caused by one piezoelectric element group is given to a working member 19.
