Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent invasion of water from the outside on a slinding face and prevent rust on the sliding face so as to improve, reliability of accuracy of an actuator by providing a sealing means between the part which projects to the outside of an output piston and a cap member.
CONSTITUTION: A second bellows 12 is provided between the upper end part of an output piston 8 and the upper end part of a cap member 9 as a sealing means between the a part of the output piston 12 projected outward 8 and the cap member 9 so as to prevent inversion of water from the outside. Accuracy and reliability of an actuator can be improved without rusting the sliding part.
