Abstract:
To provide an actuator abnormality diagnostic system in which maintainability of an actuator has been improved, and to provide a component mounting device.SOLUTION: An actuator diagnostic system includes: an actuator having a cylinder and a valve; a drive control part for controlling the actuator so that the cylinder is driven along a first stroke from a first position to a second position and a second stroke from the first position to a third position; and a determination part for determining whether or not there is abnormality in the valve and the cylinder based on a stored first operation time of the actuator in the first stroke, a stored second operation time of the actuator in the second stroke, a third operation time which is the current operation time of the actuator in the first stroke, and a fourth operation time which is the current operation time of the actuator in the second stroke.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
