Abstract:
To provide an absorptive sanitary product treatment system for solving a problem that a material is neither collected nor reused.SOLUTION: There is provided an absorptive sanitary product collection/treatment method having a washing step, a crushing step and a separation/collection step. A contamination of the absorptive sanitary product is washed away in the washing step, the absorptive sanitary product is crushed into segment materials in the crushing step, the separation/collection step includes at least a pulper step, the segment materials of the crushed absorptive sanitary product are put into a pulper drum together with a water flow, the water flow containing the segment materials forms a spiral water flow in the pulper drum, and the segment materials are homogeneously dispersed into the water flow. The water flow containing the segment materials is put into a separation tank by a separation/sedimentation step, polymer suspended matters, fiber materials and polymer sediments are formed in the separation tank, and the polymer suspended matters, the fiber materials and the polymer sediments are collected by a suspended matter collection step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
