Abstract:
To provide a 3-D nonwoven fabric capable of simplifying the mold for forming the fabric.
This 3-D nonwoven fabric is formed by spinning out a semi- molten state fiber F onto a mold 30 and has a hanging fiber wall formed by entanglement of the semi-molten state fibers hanging down onto the mold 30 each other. Thereby, the molding face (vertical face or steep angle face) for forming the hanging fiber wall is unneeded. That is, the vertical face or steep angle face can be omitted from molding faces of the mold.
