Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make high-grade multi projection combined with fade-in and fade- out effects by determining speed and direction of rotation of a zoom motor according to zoom control signals from a projection control device that controls multi projection correctively and then driving the zoom motor. CONSTITUTION:A slide projector 1 provided with a zoom lens is zoom controlled by a zoom driving device 5. The zoom driving mechanism brings close or apart lens groups 6 and 7 by rotating a zoom ring 8 having lens groups 6 and 7 incorporated movably in the direction of a center axis by driving of a zoom motor 9 and zooms an image on the screen. By attaching a zoom gear on the outer periphery of the zoom ring 8, and providing an idle gear 11 that engages with the zoom gear 10 and a motor gear 12 attached to the output shaft of the zoom motor 9, rotational force of the zoom motor 9 is transmitted to the zoom gear 10 through the idle gear 11 and the interlocked zoom ring 8 can be rotated.
