Abstract:
PURPOSE:To produce a phospholipid secondary alcohol derivative, by reacting phosphoric acid structural part of a phospholipid with an ester bond of an alcohol structural part of a secondary alcohol in the presence of phospholipase DM. CONSTITUTION:A phospholipid expressed by formula I is reacted with a secondary alcohol having a 3-10C straight chain or branched alkyl group (R) which may be substituted by a substituent group selected from a halogen, amino, acetyl hydroxyl group, <=5C monomer or di-alkylamino or phenyl or 4-8C alicyclic hydrocarbon group (R) which may be substituted by the above-mentioned substituent group in the presence of phospholipase DM to produce the aimed phospholipid secondary alcohol derivative expressed by formula II. In the formulas I and II, A is formula III or IV, (R1 and R2 represent -O-COR11 or -O-R12; R11 and R12 represent 7-21C saturated or unsaturated aliphatic hydrocarbon group; B represents -(CH2)2N(CH3)3, -(CH2)2NH2 or -CH2(CH(NH2)COOH, etc.).
