Abstract:
To provide a faucet using a wood-based material etc. for an exterior member, that can shorten a time for water to contact the inside of the exterior member.SOLUTION: A columnar faucet body 2 comprises: a cylindrical inner cylinder part 20; and an outer cylinder part 10 made of a wood-based material that covers the inner cylinder part. A cartridge 30 and a connecting member 40 are arranged inside the inner cylinder part 20 so that water obtained by mixing hot-water and water supplied from below and being adjusted in temperature is discharged from an inner cylinder discharge hole 21m toward the outside in a radial direction. An O-ring 21d that secures a watertight state in a vertical direction is arranged between an inner diameter wall surface 12 and an outer diameter wall surface 21F below the inner cylinder discharge hole 21m when the inner cylinder part 20 is inserted and arranged in a through hole T of the outer cylinder part 10. The outer cylinder part 10 is arranged with a water passage hole 16 above an arrangement position of the O-ring 21d, and a drain hole 18 for connecting the inner diameter wall surface 12 and the outside is arranged at a vertical position between the water passage hole 16 and the arrangement position of the O-ring 21d.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
