Abstract:
To provide a looseness prevention fastening structure capable of increasing looseness prevention effect because of synergistic effect with a washer, even with simple and inexpensive configuration, even in a case where a bolt member or a nut member is about to rotate in a looseness direction due to vibration.SOLUTION: A looseness prevention fastening structure is a fastening structure with which a fastener is screwed to fasten an object to be fastened 3, wherein the fastener comprises a bolt member 2 and a nut member 5. Between a head part of the fastener and the object to be fastened 3, a washer 4 is interposed. A bearing surface 4b of the washer 4 connected to the object to be fastened 3 is formed on a plane orthogonal to an axial line C. The plane is formed obliquely so that an inclination angle θ1 of a washer connection surface 4c opposite to the bearing surface 4b of the washer 4 and a head connection surface 5b of the head part of the fastener connected to the washer connection surface 4c is 1.0 to 3.0 times of a lead angle θ2 of a screw of the fastener.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
