Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is an electroplating process of a zinc-nickel alloy coating on the surface of a sintered neodymium-iron-boron material. By means of a multilayer electroplating method, bottom zinc is firstly electroplated, and zinc and nickel are then electroplated three times to finally obtain a four-layer coating, wherein the first layer is a pure zinc coating and is combined with a matrix; the second layer is a zinc-nickel alloy coating with a nickel content of 1-6%; the third layer is a zinc-nickel alloy coating with a nickel content of 6-12%; and the fourth layer, namely the outermost layer, is a zinc-nickel alloy coating with a nickel content of 13-16%. The process of the present invention solves the hidden danger of a potential difference present between coatings after a neodymium-iron-boron matrix is corroded by chloride ions and electroplated during an electroplating process, improves the binding force and corrosion resistance of the zinc-nickel alloy coating electroplated on a sintered neodymium-iron-boron substrate, and finally a product can pass a binding force test of 240-hour salt mist white rust and a force value larger than 5 MPa under unclosed conditions.
