A working device (100), which can move in a first preset area. The working device (100) comprises: a positioning module (120) used for acquiring the position of the working device (100); and a control module (110) connected to the positioning module (120) and used for acquiring state information of the working device (100), and determining whether the state information of the working device (100) satisfies a preset condition, so as to determine whether the working device (100) is in the first preset area. When the state information of the working device (100) satisfies the preset condition, the control module (110) executes a first anti-theft policy, the first anti-theft policy comprising: the control module (110) determining, according to the position of the working device (100) acquired by the positioning module (120), whether the position of the working device (100) goes beyond a first anti-theft area, and when the position of the working device (100) goes beyond the first anti-theft area, the control module (110) controlling the working device (100) to give an alarm. The working device (100) can automatically enable an anti-theft function when entering a fixed area, and a user does not need to input an anti-theft area in advance, thereby facilitating the use of the user.
