Abstract:
A work plan alteration device (11) comprises: a calculation unit (29) that, on the basis of work progress information indicating the progress of work at an airport, calculates the delay time of the work; an inference unit (30) that, on the basis of the delay time and a parking schedule which includes aircraft parking time in a plurality of parking lots, infers information which specifies a parking schedule affected by a delay in the work, and thereby obtains inference information; and a work plan alteration unit (31) that, on the basis of the inference information, alters a work plan for a worker that performs the work.
