Abstract:
The present application relates to a work order element extraction method and apparatus. The method comprises: according to a preset symbol set, performing symbol removal processing on a first work order text, and obtaining a second work order text; according to a preset statistical dictionary, extracting candidate names from the second work order text to obtain a candidate name set; selecting a target name from the candidate name set, the target name being a candidate name of the candidate name set which has the highest semantic similarity to a second standard name in the statistical dictionary; and determining a first standard name corresponding to the target name in the statistical dictionary to be a work order element extracted from the first work order text. The embodiments of the present application improve work order element extraction accuracy.
