Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a wood cutting device having an automatic size screening function. The wood cutting device comprises a controller, a size detection device, a conveying device, a liquid pushing device, cutting guide pipelines, and a cutting device, wherein the size detection device is mounted at an input end of the conveying device, and an output end of the conveying device is connected to an input end of the liquid pushing device; the liquid pushing device comprises a bearing frame, a tank, a liquid pushing mechanism, and a liquid supply device; the tank is mounted on the bearing frame, and the liquid supply device communicates with a cavity; and all the cutting guide pipelines are mounted at intervals on the side of the cavity away from the conveying device, guide assemblies are provided at input ends of the cutting guide pipelines, the cutting guide pipelines are internally provided with transmission mechanisms, and the transmission mechanisms are used for conveying wooden battens to the cutting device located at output ends of the cutting guide pipelines. The wood cutting device having an automatic size screening function in the present invention has the advantages of a good cutting effect and being capable of protecting a cutter. Further disclosed in the present invention is a wood cutting method.
