Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a window opening/closing system that makes it possible to reduce the operation load acting when closing a window body and to easily close an open window body without requiring a large amount of force. [Solution] A rotation mechanism in this window opening/closing system 10 includes: a rotating rod 25 rotatably installed in a window frame 12; a high window operator 24 that causes the rotating rod 25 to rotate; a roller that lets out a swivel chain and winds in the swivel chain together with rotation of the rotating rod 25; and a first torsion spring that is installed on the rotating rod 25 and generates torque proportional to an angle of twisting in the opposite direction from twisting when twisted in a winding direction or in the opposite direction from the winding direction. The first torsion spring of the window opening/closing system 10 is twisted in the winding direction or in the opposite direction from the winding direction and generates winding torque when the rotating rod 25 rotates in the direction that causes the swivel chain to be let out, and the rotation load acting on the rotating rod 25 when a window body 13 is swiveled from an open state to a closed state is reduced by the winding torque of the first torsion spring.
