Abstract:
Disclosed in the present disclosure is a winding device for a material strip. The winding device comprises: a driving component, which comprises a driving shaft, wherein a first shoulder portion with a first inclined surface is arranged around the driving shaft, and the driving component is configured to be capable of rotating in a rotation direction; a guide member, which is mounted on the driving shaft and has a second inclined surface fitted to the first inclined surface of the first shoulder portion; a material receiving wheel, which is connected to the guide member in such a manner that the material receiving wheel cannot rotate relative to the guide member; and an elastomer, which is accommodated between the guide member and the material receiving wheel to apply a preload to the guide member. The winding device is configured to enable the material receiving wheel to be driven by the driving component to rotate in the rotation direction, and when a force acting on the material receiving wheel by means of a material strip is greater than a predetermined value, the material receiving wheel can also rotate relative to the driving component. Further disclosed in the present disclosure is a medicament dispenser comprising the winding device for a material strip.
