Abstract:
A wheel tread roughness estimation device (30) includes an operation information acquisition unit (31) which acquires operation information on a railroad vehicle, a vehicle information acquisition unit (32) which acquires vehicle information on the railroad vehicle during service, a wheel tread roughness calculation unit (34) which determines a set value on the basis of the operation information and the vehicle information and calculates, as the latest wheel tread roughness, a sum obtained by adding the set value to previous wheel tread roughness representing wheel tread roughness calculated for the previous time, and an output unit (38) which outputs, as wheel tread roughness information, the latest wheel tread roughness calculated by the wheel tread roughness calculation unit (34).
