Abstract:
The present invention relates to a welding pressure control system, a welding pressure control method using same, and a method for measuring the thickness of an object to be welded, by using same, and, more specifically, to: a welding pressure control system for controlling welding pressure by means of feedback control of the lifting and lowering of a horn on the basis of a sensed pressure value according to the lifting and lowering of the horn; a welding pressure control method using same; and a method for measuring the thickness of an object to be welded, by using same. The present invention provides the welding pressure control system comprising: an anvil by which an object to be welded is supported; a horn provided to face the anvil so as to press the object to be welded; a lifting and lowering part for supporting the horn so that same can be lifted and lowered; a sensing part for sensing a pressure value that changes according to the lifting and lowering of the horn; and a control part for controlling the driving of the lifting and lowering part on the basis of the pressure value acquired by the sensing part, wherein the lifting and lowering part includes: a motor part; a screw part that rotates by receiving driving force from a rotary shaft of the motor part; a vertically-moving part which is coupled to the screw part and which moves in the vertical direction when the screw part rotates; and a supporting part which is coupled to the vertically-moving part and which supports the horn, and the sensing part is provided in the circumferential direction of the screw part and pressed according to the vertical movement of the vertically-moving part.
