Abstract:
A weaving filament expanding apparatus for a textile machine, comprising a top plate. Supports are fixedly connected to the left and right sides of the lower surface of the top plate, respectively; there are two supports; bases are fixedly connected to the middles of the two supports at the inward sides; telescopic boxes are fixedly connected to the upper surfaces of the bases; sliding slots are formed inside the telescopic boxes at the inward sides; sliding pads are fixedly connected to the surfaces of the sliding slots; sliding rods in the horizontal direction are slidably connected to the insides of the sliding pads; the ends of the sliding rods at the outer sides are fixedly connected to electric push rods and are fixedly connected to the side faces of the electric push rods; first springs are fixedly connected to the lower ends of the electric push rods; the lower ends of the first springs are fixedly connected to bottom box bodies inside the telescopic boxes; the upper ends of the electric push rods pass through the upper portions of the telescopic boxes and are fixedly connected to the lower surface of the top plate; fixing bases are fixedly connected to the ends of the sliding rods distant from the electric push rods. According to the present utility model, the weaving filaments can be effectively prevented from being tangled up, knotting and breaking of the weaving filaments due to expansion of the weaving filaments are avoided, thereby greatly improving the working efficiency of the textile machine, and facilitating production and processing.
