A wearable electronic device is disclosed. The wearable electronic device may comprise: a housing which includes a first surface forming the front surface thereof, a second surface facing the opposite direction to the first surface, and a side surface surrounding the inner space between the first surface and the second surface; a first electrode region which is disposed in a part of the side surface and the first surface and includes a plurality of electrodes; an antenna which is disposed in a part of the side surface and the first surface and is separated from the first electrode region by a segmentation region; a display which is seen through at least a part of the first surface; a second electrode region which is disposed on the second surface; a processor; and a memory which is operatively connected to the processor and in which instructions are stored. The wearable electronic device may be configured to, on detecting a touch input on at least a part of the first electrode region, acquire a biometric signal through the first electrode region, the second electrode region, or a combination thereof and perform wireless communication through the antenna. Various other embodiments understood through the specification are also possible.
