Abstract:
Provided in the present disclosure is a waveguide. The waveguide comprises a cuboid metal housing, one side face of which is provided with an opening; a slow wave medium accommodated in the metal housing; feed probes, which are respectively located at two ends of the metal housing and penetrate the metal housing to be inserted into the slow wave medium; a slit plate, which covers the opening of the metal housing and comprises a plurality of slits; and a plurality of diodes and a plurality of photoelectric detectors, which are arranged on the slit plate, wherein the plurality of diodes, the plurality of photoelectric detectors and the plurality of slits correspond to each other on a one-to-one basis; each diode stretches over the corresponding slit; and a negative electrode of each diode is electrically connected to the metal housing, and a positive electrode of each diode is electrically connected to the corresponding photoelectric detector. The present disclosure further relates to a beam regulation and control device comprising the waveguide, a beam regulation and control method applied to the beam regulation and control device, and a manufacturing method for a photoelectric detector, which can be applied to the waveguide.
