Disclosed are a water vapor barrier coating solution and a preparation method therefor, and a water vapor barrier coating. Raw materials for preparing the water vapor barrier coating solution of the present application comprise inorganic nanopowder. The inorganic nanopowder is composed of inorganic oxide nanoparticles. The structural formula of the inorganic oxide nanoparticles is MaO bHc, wherein 00, the hydrogen atoms on the surface of the inorganic nanopowder are present in the form of covalent bonds. The water vapor barrier coating solution prepared in the present application has good water vapor barrier performance and good stability, does not generate an organic solvent released into the atmosphere, does not require high-temperature heating during preparation, is simple in steps and low in energy consumption, and thus can realize batch preparation.
